We sell the proven Polyair brand in-coil airbags which are made in the USA.
They come in 2 types, the Red Bag kits for sedans and lighter vehicles or the Polyair Ultimate kits for 4WD vehicles.
Both types fit inside the rear coil springs and have separate airlines for each side.
They are controlled by adding or deleting air via schrader valves (same as tyre valves).
The Red Series are used with pressures from 5 – 35 psi and are for most popular cars, plus some utes and coil sprung vans.
The heavy duty Polyair Ultimates bags are also made of polyurethane and rated at 60 psi making them ideal for most of the popular SUV and 4WD wagons currently sold in Australia.
They can be used up to 60 psi and are ideal when towing larger caravans or trailers. Popular fitments include Toyota Landcruiser and Prado, Nissan Patrol, Mitsubishi Pajero, Isuzu MU-X, Ford Everest and Territory plus other popular makes.
How They Work
Both types bite into the coil springs restricting down travel and maintaining excellent ride quality. They are used to level the vehicle front to rear and also reduce body roll and sway.
They can be used with either standard coils or 50mm raised height coil springs.
Optional air control systems can be fitted to adjust pressures from inside the vehicle.
