The Thor inflation Bellows kit gives leaf sprung vehicles an air adjustable rear suspension. This makes the vehicle safer when loaded by keeping the front wheels in contact with the road, eliminating sway and improving cornering (wet or dry).
Australian made heavy duty engineered 6mm steel brackets, laser cut (not stamped)
Mig welded and Zinc plated for long lasting rust protection. 5mm thick corded rubber air bellows from imported materials and built in Australia.

This load assist product gives leaf sprung vehicles an air adjustable rear suspension.
These Airbag Kits simply bolt on and when filled with air, raises the rear end (when under load) to make the vehicle level again. Government certified 435psi (bellows) and 5.11ton (Brackets)

They are tested to ADR standards. Thor Air Bellows are rated to 2.4 tonnes which is in excess of manufacturers/authorities’ requirements.

I used 2 jacks one to support the Axel and the other under the tow bar so I could set the bellows in the exact position for marking the holes for the top bracket centre punch the marks because with the limited space between the chassis and the spring pac the drill bit wants to wander around or hire a right angle drill , all the parts fitted like a glove and hoses did not leak
These suit my purpose perfectly. I carry all my work tools in the back of my dual cab Ute 5 days a week. To upgrade my springs would make my unloaded rear suspension to stiff. These airbags give me an adjustable ride height which is all I need. 40psi when I’m loaded and 25 to 30psi unloaded.
The kit supplied looks great .
Will fit them on my Xmas holidays.
